By federal regulations, only individuals; trusts or other fiduciary account, provided the entire beneficial interest is held by individuals; sole or husband and wife proprietorships; nonprofit organizations or corporations operated primarily for religious, charitable, educational or similar purposes; and any agency or political subdivision of a federal, state, county or municipal government are eligible to maintain this account.
